Horns Of The Hydra was founded by Eric Wilcox a rhythm guitarist from the Unites States, born in Michigan but now currently living in Pennsylvania. I am a  music enthusiast who wanted to share my unique musical stylings with the world, I actually started this project March of 2013! but due to lack of dedication from past members and a 400 mile move it was put on hold.

  I decided to keep working on my music as a solo artist, writing  guitar tracks and then searching out guest musicians to collaborate with on my album,  hired graphic artist to design my stylized band name, brand and logos, then built the website to accommodate my needs as a musician for advertising, marketing, sales of music, merchandise and to build my fan base.

 I have been playing guitar for over 20 years but still learning everyday, basically a glorified rhythm guitarist with a little added solar flair to melt your face off too! my musical inspirations growing up include bands like Megadeth, Metallica, Anthrax, Behemoth, Mercyful Fate, King Diamond, Wind Of The Black Mountains, Lucifer's Hammer, Alice Cooper, Motorhead,  and the list go's on! 

 I wanted to make this project integrative for the fans! by creating all the content and showing everything from concept, design, formation, and the writing/recording processes so you can see how its done and watch me grow as a artist. I know bands usually have their music out first! and then merchandise,  but I'm building a brand just like a business would and using the proceeds from presales and donations for funding towards the album!  

 This project is a Metal/Black Metal/Hard Rock collaboration, titled "Stardust And Serpents Blood" I am currently working on recording and organizing my title tracks for listing.
